A UNIQUE HISTORY

The earliest record of the Point Piper Marina is the establishment of a cottage along with a boat shed, boat jetty, and slip as shown on a survey plan of the site by the Maritime Services Board (now NSW Maritime Authority) dated 30.6.1914.

A RARE PORTFOLIO VISION

Rose Bay and Point Piper Marinas set a new world-class standard for marinas in Australia. Acquired by Addenbrooke in 2004 and proudly redeveloped in 2011. The marinas are now home to 177 boats up to 37m or 121 feet. These marinas are part of a growing portfolio of assets owned and operated by Addenbrooke, offering our clients reciprocal rights across the East Coast of Australia.
